Kym Koch began her career in the telecommunications industry in 1997 , navigating a fast-moving  market without boundaries.. Unwilling to compromise values, Kym envisioned a different path—one where trust, transparency, and respect shaped every customer interaction.

 

In 2005, she founded Tripwireless, Inc., driven by a bold mission to transform telecom through ethical business practices and client-centered solutions. With unlimited determination, Kym laid the groundwork for what would become a trusted name in the industry. Her commitment to doing things differently quickly attracted a loyal client base who shared her belief in integrity-first business.

 

In 2010, Tom Koch, joined the leadership team as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Field Services. A former law enforcement officer, Tom brought a strong sense of structure, operational excellence, and trust. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling operations and spearheading Tripwireless’s strategic expansion into the field services sector.
